The NBA Events website (the "NBA Events Site") is operated by QuintEvents, LLC ("Quint") on behalf of NBA Entertainment, a division of NBA Properties, Inc. ("NBAE").

Your ability to purchase tickets and other benefits through the NBA Events Site is subject to limits established by NBAE and Quint. NBAE and Quint reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to limit the order quantity on any product, to refuse to fulfill all or part of any order and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Quint is exclusively responsible for fulfillment and shipment of all products ordered through the NBA Events Site.
